Design-Build Custom Homes & Remodels in Del Mar
Designed and built for how you live, what you love, and the views you want to wake up to.
Building and Remodeling that Honors Del Mar
We build to honor the Del Mar Coastline with custom home building and remodeling for Del Mar homeowners who want their home to fit the coast, the neighborhood, and the way they live.
Del Mar was incorporated as a city in 1937 but its history as a seaside resort town goes long before that date. Homes here vary from a charming mix of architectural styles and lot sizes. Closer to the beach and the Village, you’ll find coastal cottages and bungalows that offer casual indoor and outdoor living. Across the city, you will find Mediterranean and Spanish Revival homes from decades past along with mid-century and new custom builds. Every home becomes part of a larger story about the people, the ocean, and community. We understand the many fantastic home designs built for the Del Mar lifestyle.
That means understanding not just construction, but the architectural character and local regulations that make Del Mar unlike anywhere else.
Shoreline homes come with added layers of oversight, as both the California Coastal Commission and the City of Del Mar provide guidance on home remodeling and custom home builds. We understand this process and can help you navigate the approval process with confidence.

The finished product turned out amazing and everyone who sees the remodel is blown away by how beautiful it looks. It’s really a completely different house in the best possible way. One of the nicest complements we received was when a friend said it looked like we were living inside Coastal Living Magazine!
