- Modern Interiors: Thoughtfully updated with new flooring throughout, seamless reglet base details, solid white oak doors with Kerf jambs, flush-mount vents, and clean, modern transitions. The living space features custom millwork and a reimagined fireplace with a flush hearth, sculpted stucco surround, and V-groove paneling, adding warmth and texture to the home.
